The double-head swaging-beading machine with motorized drive is particularly suited for intensive use in insulation, ventilation, and sheet metal workshops. Equipped with a swiveling head, it allows the operator to switch from one workstation to another without having to remove and change the rolls, thereby increasing productivity and saving valuable workshop space.
The various rolls options enable flaring, beading, flanging, cutting, and reducing operations for pipe forming, while also producing high-quality slits for the fabrication of ventilated gutter strips.
The variable speed control, adjusted via a potentiometer, combined with the dual-action forward/reverse foot pedal, ensures perfectly controlled production while keeping the operator’s hands free to securely hold the workpiece against the stop plate.
