This compact, monoblock plasma cutting table, manufactured in France, accommodates sheet metal up to a maximum size of 1500 x 3000 mm. Its remote control panel features highly intuitive control software developed by JOUANEL Industrie and compatible with numerous CAD software programs designed for the ventilation and fine sheet metal fabrication industries. The various HYPERTHERM® Powermax SYNC plasma power sources, available in 45, 65, 85, or 105 amps depending on the desired cutting and piercing capacities, deliver performance, reliability, and control over consumable costs (see additional equipment)

> TABLE CONTROL SOFTWARE :

The 15'' touchscreen control panel is separate from the machine and can be positioned remotely anywhere around the table. It can also be networked with a PC or server. The machine control software, developed by Jouanel, draws on over 20 years of experience in plasma cutting. It features the following menus and functions: 

• Quick creation of programs by project or by customer
• Selection of the zero point (any of the machine’s four corners)
• Selection of the beam’s “parking” position
• Ability to resume cutting the part at the exact position in the event
  of a flame interruption
• Configuration of suction zones
• Material tables, thicknesses, cutting speed, torch assembly
• Component inventory management
• Path simulation and on-screen visualization of cutting progress
• Preventive maintenance management for the machine
• USB and RJ45 connectivity for easy program import
• Remote maintenance and updates via RJ45 Ethernet cable

The JOUANEL Industrie table control software is compatible with a wide range of import and nesting software specifically designed for the ventilation, insulation, sheet metal fabrication, and metalworking industries (Libellula.CUT, CAMDuct, viaDuct-3D, QuickDuct CAM, etc.)
